IME Services
CLIPP's training programs aim to build concrete capacities within teams and organizations that work with the Multidimensional Effectiveness Index. These are not generic training courses, but rather formative processes designed according to each user's role within the organization: those who implement the model on a daily basis, those responsible for strategic decision-making, and those who need to deepen their knowledge in a specific area of intervention.
The common purpose of these programs is to strengthen teams' capacity for self-observation and improve the effectiveness of the social programs they manage, based on a deep understanding of the IME model and its practical application.
Training programs designed for teams responsible for implementing innovations and specific programs. They are aimed at different types of users and seek to strengthen their capacity for self-observation, as well as the effectiveness of the social programs they manage on a daily basis. These programs address the concepts, tools, and logic behind the use of the IME, applied directly to program operations.
Training programs designed for those who lead an organization or system. The focus is on strengthening strategic vision and decision-making criteria from an effectiveness and self-observation perspective, ensuring that IME results are translated into informed decisions at the leadership level, rather than becoming merely a technical report.
Training programs that address specific intervention areas and develop capacities linked to CLIPP's research lines or that involve deeper exploration of them. This type of training enables organizations facing particular challenges—for example, within a specific sector or issue—to work with the model with greater technical specificity.
