Advisory services are an ongoing, long-term support offering focused on accompanying organizations that are integrating the IME into their management processes. Unlike consulting services, which address a specific problem or need, advisory services involve a sustained relationship over time, with a focus on specific organizational areas and the progressive implementation of the model.
Early Adopters
These services are aimed at organizations and systems that adopt innovations at an early stage, while they are still undergoing development and pilot testing. The funding for these advisory services is shared between CLIPP and the organization adopting the solution, reflecting a relationship of mutual collaboration: the organization benefits from a cutting-edge innovation, while CLIPP gains real-world implementation evidence to continue refining the model. Examples of early adopters include Corporación Opción and Dr. Eloísa Díaz Hospital in La Florida.
Highly Scalable Model
An advisory service designed for projects, initiatives, or innovations with the potential—or projection—to be implemented at a large scale, across multiple organizations, territories, or systems simultaneously. This type of advisory service includes the methodological and technological adjustments required for the model to operate effectively in contexts of greater complexity and scale.
Customized
An advisory service for innovative initiatives with a public purpose, designed according to the specific challenges or innovations proposed by each interested organization. The scope, timeline, and methodological focus are adapted to the particular needs of each applicant.
