IME Services
Consulting services are short-term, targeted services focused on generating knowledge, information, and strategic designs to address specific social challenges or implement concrete improvements in a particular area of interest. Unlike advisory services, they do not involve ongoing support over time, but rather the delivery of a specific product or focused analysis within a defined timeframe.
Assessment and analysis of the current state of a program, service, or policy, in order to identify its main critical challenges and opportunities for improvement before defining an intervention strategy.
Development of applied research proposals aligned with CLIPP's lines of work, aimed at generating evidence to support public policy decisions or institutional management.
Identification and systematization of initiatives, programs, or relevant stakeholders within a specific area of public policy or social innovation, serving as input for decision-making or the design of new strategies.
Design of management, measurement, or intervention models tailored to the specific needs of an organization, based on the experience and methodology developed through the IME.
